New Patient Visit: 80 minutes, $125
During the new patient visit, we will complete a full intake of the patient's health history, current complaints, and discuss the available treatment options that fit the patient's time and financial constraints. We will then devise a treatment plan and schedule that best fits the needs of the patient. All of our new patient paperwork is conveniently online so that patients can fill it out from the comfort of their home or office. After the intake is complete, we will begin treatment right away.

Pediatric New Patient Visit: 60 minutes, $100
For people under the age of 18 years.

Established Patient Visit: 60 minutes, $70
Treatments include acupuncture while lying down on a treatment table and any other adjunctive techniques as needed (moxibustion (heat therapy), cupping, gua sha (scraping), tui na (massage), herbal, diet and exercise recommendations, etc.).

For people under the age of 18 years.

Insurance:
Longevity Complementary Care Center accepts Excellus, United Healthcare, MVP, Cigna, and Aetna. We also accept some Workers' Comp, No-Fault, and VA patients (with doctor referral and prior authorization). Please check with your plan to see if it covers acupuncture treatments.
Acupuncture is also a covered service under Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts.
Payment:
Longevity Complementary Care Center accepts Cash, Check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Apple Pay. Payment is expected at the time of visit.
